Baysek Machines Incorporated both manufactures its own products and services and supports die-cutters and roller presses manufactured by U-Pack and maintain continuity with the users of these machines.

We have also been successful in reducing the costs of parts & consumables considerably, as well as introducing improvements to the basic designs and components.

T-Series & Frontier Gearbox

A cause of concern over many years has been the reliability of the main drive gearbox employed in these machines. Baysek has designed new internals for the gearbox that incorporate a more robust standard of engineering and an automatic lubrication system, which generally provides greater life expectancy.

Replacement gearboxes are supplied on a new for old basis thereby reducing the cost, as the outer-case is reusable.

Suction Cups

Competitively priced high quality Baysek sleeves for the complete range of C170, HF - 101, T-Series,  and Frontier & Shear Lines are always in stock for all widths of machines. We also accommodate length variations, wherever possible.

Baysek Suction Cups can be used in both the T-Series & Frontier machines.
