Baysek has OEM status with all the key suppliers of externally manufactured parts for the full range of products and in addition carries stock of many of the machined parts - if necessary we can produce non-stock items at short notice.

All parts used in the build of our machines are from quality International Suppliers such as SMC Air System, THK Rails & Bearings, Yaskawa, Omron PLC, Servo System and Electronic Components, Rossi, SEW and Alpha Gearboxes and high quality precision engineered machined parts. Local suppliers for these parts can be found on individual companies web sites.

Suction Cups

Baysek’s design of the TWO-PIECE Die suction cups provide for inexpensive die prep and the ability to replace without die removal. The new PICK-UP Load sucker 53; has a quick reaction time and does not mark the board these are now available in various sizes, VSA 42 & VSA 33.

Sleeves

Semi hard Anvil Re-placement sleeves are manufactured to our specification to give a long life and even cut when used in conjunction with our Trim Die.
