Our History
In the 1990's, Baysek Machines Inc. was established to
design and develop a simple effective die forme method
of cutting die preparation and operational procedures to
facilitate a flat die to rotary anvil cutting process.
This cutting die concept has proven to be successful
with the U-Pack T-70, U-Pack Frontier and One Cut
machines with 60 plus installations throughout the
world. U-Pack and One Cut have discontinued
manufacturing.
In order for Baysek to continue to develop and improve
the concept with the required passion and intensity to
develop and perfect the system, we’ve accepted the
challenge to build our own custom designed machines.
Early 2001 we funded a group of experienced people in
the U.K. with our name "Baysek Machines" and a
significant cash investment. This commitment provided
results in design changes through the initial prototype
machine on to the C-1700 Cutter MK II, with improved
operational speed, registration control and ease of use
and was introduced to the industry at six locations in
the U.K., three in the U.S. and one in Australia, all
operating successfully.
Baysek Machines Inc. has retained all rights to the
assets and intellectual property of Baysek Machines, Ltd
U.K. The cutter is now being manufactured in the U.S.
and identified as the C 170 with the same
specifications. Many improvements have been introduced
minimizing down time and maximizing operator
convenience.
The most recent development at Baysek Machines Inc. is a
quick setup, hand feed machine which has the ability to
die cut a wide variety of product materials and sizes.
The HF 101 is priced to be an excellent entry level
operation. Optional waste extraction and self contained
air / vacuum components are available.
The converting industry is our future, with that always
in mind; we place great emphasis on customer support.
Baysek Machines Inc. in the U.S. serves its' customers,
in several countries with technical service, parts and
consumables. For the U.K., and other European countries
we have maintained a relationship with two key engineers
now operating under the name of MTEX Limited. We are
committed to providing unique converting equipment with
the best after sales care in the industry.
